Evening Out

At 33 weeks I headed out to my friend Allison's wedding. Surprisingly heels weren't a problem until the dancing began and then I changed them. Dress is from Asos and was super comfy. This is the first time I've flattened my hair in months and I can't believe how long it has gotten. I guess that's what happens when you neglect your hair for the duration of your pregnancy. Oops. (Sorry it's a little blurry, I'm still getting the hang of the new phone.)

Since comparisons seem to be the word of the day on the internets here's the photo again of me from Allison's bridal shower, just 8 weeks ago.

So I would say things are definitely coming along and I'm sticking out more than I was before for sure. I'm lucky that so far I haven't had much back pain (not that I'm unfamiliar with it given I spent 2 years doing stock work at an Ikea store in college) but I suspect as I continue outward I'm going to start to feel that. I'm still feeling very comfortable with my mobility these days and still find myself trudging up the escalators at the Metro like I always have. I'm just a touch slower.

Time to get back to decorating his room. It's really coming along and I hope to have some photos next weekend if the wall art I ordered is delivered this week.
