Geography Awareness Week

So what kind of cartographer would I be if I let this week pass without some sort of acknowledgement? It's been a busy week so forgive me that it took until Friday afternoon. To add to your list of useless knowledge/trivia fun facts I offer the following:

Which country in the world is double landlocked? This means that not only does this country not have access to an ocean, but the countries completely surrounding it also do not have access to an ocean. Tough one, isn't it? Here's some help:

You see it there in red, yes? Not sure which one it is? The answer is Uzbekistan. Now here's a twist, there are actually two. The other one is so small that you can't even see it here. It's Liechtenstein, the country that Snoop Dogg apparently attempted to rent out, in whole, to shoot a music video this year. For more info on this map see the Wikimedia Commons page.
