I was only in the office on Monday and today because I was diagnosed with bronchitis on Tuesday morning. I am finally feeling some improvement in my cold, cough and overall well-being. I am still heavily medicated though and in a bit of a fog. This dress is the infamous green dress I was wearing the day I tripped after getting off the bus and banged up my chin. Fortunately organic stains like blood wash out pretty easily. I paired this dress with the black cardigan because it actually has a v-shaped dip in the back lined with black lace which I didn’t think was terribly appropriate for the office. Of course I just noticed a run in my pantyhose and will have to run to the CVS to replace them when it opens this morning. The dress was from The Limited, where I have been getting a lot of my work clothes this year. The cardigan is from Boden and is the nicest cardigan I own. Actually, one of the nicest, I have it in four colors. Worth the investment because I wear cardigans a lot and the cheap ones from Old Navy get pilly and misshapen very quickly.
