Because I know all of you were just on the edge of your seats wondering if I would remember what I was going to get Jake for Christmas, don't worry, I just remembered. But I can't tell you lest he actually read this and ruin his surprise. Mommy brain be damned! I am glad I remembered though.

I should really stop starting sentences with 'because', it is very poor grammar.

Also I wanted to mention that we stopped counter-offering our potential buyers. They don't seem willing to come up to even a reasonable semblance of fair market value and yesterday they threw at us a concession that I found to be thoroughly insulting. We are rolling our dice that it will be more beneficial to leave the condo listed through the holidays until things pick up again later in the winter. This transaction has been that annoying.
