Some iPhone Photos

I'm using the title of this post to manage your expectations about the photos I'm posting. My iPhone photos would look a lot better if I could just hold the darn thing steady. My hands won't cooperate however.
Some brews we enjoyed in Milwaukee care of my father-in-law. Both the ale and lager from New Glarus were fantastic. Spotted Cow is actually served on tap all over the city. I'm not a huge brown ale fan but I have been assured that Moose Drool is a tasty choice if you are a fan of that type of beer.
Back in the day I used to frequent a bar in Fells Point called High Topps (or Hi-Topps, I don't remember). It has since be converted to an Irish pub with the roof deck serving as more of a tiki bar type of place. As you can see from this cool photo Slainte is where soccer is religion. We were able to simultaneously watch Liverpool and Manchester City tie their matches while sporting the new jersies we got each other for Christmas. And they serve Magners. Enough said.
I FINALLY finished this project with the help of my mom. I bribed her with cookies and fudge. Okay full disclosure, when I told her I just hadn't had time to get further than buying fabric and thread she offered to help out. We left containers of cookies and fudge at my parents house before going to Milwaukee and came back to discover they'd eaten everything. So yeah, fair trade. The young recipient of these cool pillows will hopefully love them when they are hopefully delivered tomorrow. And I'm in love with the fabric.
Finally, I just had to share that I'm totally having an arm-party today. Have I mentioned how much I love BaubleBar? These wraps were only $10 during their holiday "find the buried bauble" promotion. They have a great selection of costume jewelry at mostly reasonable prices, and you can search based on function or occasion.

I'm back in the office as of yesterday and I have to say, I love the holidays, but this one was busy and stressful and it's kind of nice to be back into routine. Plus the office is very empty so I'm rocking out today.
