My wonderful friend from Boston was in town so we met up for dinner. She and Jake got to meet and we had a nice time enjoying beer and dinner in Takoma Park. She brought us some of this from Harpoon Brewery in Boston:

And speaking of beer, Jake and I will be off to the beer-town known as Milwaukee for some holiday time with family. I just have to get through the heart-aching process of dropping Dubs off at boarding first. She has a great time playing and running around while there, I just know I'll miss her this Christmas.
