It's an adventure in the making

On Sunday I am meeting up with the lovely (and newlywed) Allison for a photography expedition.

Her husband bought her a fantastic new Nikon DSLR as a wedding gift and she's itching to get out and use it. Since our former photography teacher sells his black and whites at Eastern Market on Sundays we're planning on meeting there for lunch and shenanigans. He just put together a book and I'm hoping to pick up a copy from him. Weather report is saying sunny and high 50's. I'm hoping that is what the weather reality is come Sunday. I hope to have some good results to share, I know it's been a while, but I've been following some new instructional blogs and I have some new things to try out. Can't wait!
