Soccer Saturday

My cocktail of Advil Cold and Sinus and Mucinex DM has left me a bit foggy and with some wicked dry mouth. My nose isn't running, at least not at the moment, but I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near 100% yet. Regardless I am going to rest up tonight in anticipation of tomorrow. We're headed to our favorite pub for lunch and to watch English Premier League football, FC Liverpool to be exact. I officially jumped on the wagon while I was up in Boston. Then in the late afternoon we're off to RFK for the last Screaming Eagles tailgate of the season. DC United effectively eliminated themselves from the playoffs in their last 3 games (loss, loss and draw) but we're going to cheer them on in their last home match anyway, because we're good fans. And it's fan appreciation night which means we get free scarves, woooo!
