Guilty as Charged

I feel like I've been spending more on clothing lately. I'm going to try and cut back now that my fall/winter wardrobe is in pretty good shape. Interestingly enough I came across this (and you know how I love infographics). I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see three northern Virginia jurisdictions in the top 10. Arlington is number 5!
