It is a misty, warm, gross day outside. It is also my last day in the office before Christmas. Most everyone is already gone but a few of us, those who don't have big travel plans are here, grinding out what work we can. I chose this simple dress, from Loft, in hopes that I would be comfortable in the office and out and about with my rain jacket. I am meeting my former "work wife" for lunch today. I am lucky that when she left this agency she ended up at one nearby. Normally I would pair a long necklace with a dress like this but since I wear a badge I didn't bother. And I will totally fess up to turning to the side slightly to hide the fact that I am totally bloated today. I've had too much sugar and not enough water so far this week. I also bruised my ribs on the right side of my body from too much violent coughing when I had bronchitis last week. Once they heal I will be starting to run again as I got into the Cherry Blossom Ten Miler for 2016, woop woop!
