Inheritance

As you may or may not know the Green Bay Packers are the only publicly owned, non-profit team organization in the NFL. In their history they have had only 5 stock sales to help raise money for the team, 1923, 1935, 1950, 1997 and 2011. Back in 2011 when it was announced I encouraged Jake to splurge on himself and buy a share. He did and we hope (once we have more time to work around the house) to hang the certificate behind a basement bar. Last night after posting this picture I realized something kind of important:
We have two kiddos and only one share. Not smart planning on our part. We knew our plan was to have two kids, we should have factored that in to our purchase. Now I am just hoping that sometime between now and who knows when we can buy a second share so that both Evan and Declan can inherit a fun piece of history. Jake also has on his bucket list to actually go to a shareholders meeting in Green Bay sometime. I would like to visit Door County at some point too so hopefully we can make that trip a reality. Go Pack go!
