So don't judge me too harshly but aside from working on the grout in the bathroom this weekend while Jake is out of town I totally plan on watching "Dawson's Creek" as it is apparently available on Netflix streaming. Season one of "Felicity" was total bliss and I can't wait to reminisce with the Dawsons crew too. I also have some girl time planned including going "shopping" in my friend's basement full of gently used baby gear, woo hoo!
Once upon a time when I was dating one of the exes he asked me a rather interesting question. I was driving us somewhere at the time and he asked me, clear out of the blue, that if we had an accident while I was driving and my insurance didn't cover all of his medical costs (it would have) would I be offended if he sued me. I think we'd been dating seriously for at least a year if not more at the time. I realize that these things happen but I was so completely offended that he would actually ask that outloud. I can't remember my response, no doubt I was caught completely in shock especially considering I was in the passenger seat of his car once when it just completely died at full speed in the center lane of I-395. Anyway, I had a dream in the wee early hours of the morning this morning that I in fact was in a car accident caused by him. It wasn't anything too serious but after insisting on receiving medical attention I totally asked him if he would be offended, since we were acquaintances, if I sued him if all incurred costs weren't covered. Tee hee hee! I rarely remember my dreams but when I do they are usually doozies, this one notwithstanding.
My very sweet coworker keeps giving me Nature Valley granola bars. She knows they are my favorite and her kids, in an attempt to give their mom healthy snacks, keeps inundating her bag with them. Me, being the pregnant eating machine that I am currently, am reaping the benefits.
I do not know where today went. I've been swamped. I'll catch up more when I have a chance. The liquor cabinet project is finished with the exception of the fact that my brilliant brain only managed to take three of the four hinges outside on Saturday for spray painting. Once that mishap has been taken care of I will post photos. I'm also way too excited about the new table we got for our front entryway. And Space Bags. And Brave. It was a productive weekend.
