Another Week

This week just flew by. I have been busy at work which definitely helps. I've been working with some mortality related data though. I try to think of it at just numbers though, like any other set of statistics, even though these data relate to deaths. It's just too sobering to put a lot of real thought into it. Monday evening we got together with the usual crew for Rock Band. This time they added in the keyboard for RB3. It's nice having 4 instruments and 3 mics but it's also a bit overwhelming. The vocals weren't even getting scored because of the way it was set up which was weird. I did manage to crack myself up reading on Wikipedia about the meaning of Rammstein's song "Du Hast". Nein!

Jake is off of teleworking and working most days at HQ in Reston. I might have mentioned this before, I can't remember. It's been going okay and Dublin has been on her absolute best behavior at home alone during the day. She has learned what the word 'outside' means and does this great spin move.



It looks like Jake will be out in Reston for the time being. It's not a terrible commute but I'm not sure how this will ultimately play into our future plans.

We're having another unusually warm day today and then temps will drop to more reasonable late February temps. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
