Office humor

This is hanging in my hallway. The Post-It note below actually reads "The Government hasn't had a shutdown since I was this tall." I found that to be pretty amusing.

Things around the office are rather quiet today actually. Everyone's playing the waiting game but I don't think we'll know for sure until midnight tonight. My vacation won't be affected, obviously I'm going regardless, but this whole situation is kind of the suck. I wish the two sides would just come to an agreement already. Thousands of peoples' livelihoods are at stake.
