Sorry about this picture, the light in our kitchen isn't the best for photos, particularly in the evening.
That red tile at the bottom looks like a different color but that's just how the light is catching it. The red tiles do have some depth to them but to the eye they are all the same shade. We plan on choosing an off-white grout similar to the color of the wall. Now we have to figure how much to order and also if we should still plan on hanging our collection of beer coasters from Dublin bars once the tile is up!
I'll definitely display them somewhere if not right above the kitchen sink where they are now.

I love that coaster idea. I'm tentatively planning a trip to Europe for later this year and I just might have to steal it :)
Beer coasters are a great thing to collect while on travel! They are light, free and you can find them in nearly every bar. I highly recommend it!
