I just surprised my friends in Connecticut with a shipment of fresh (uncooked) Maryland crabcakes from G&M Restaurant in Linthicum. Some people will argue but I believe their crabcakes to be the best crabcakes in the Baltimore area and I knew R & J would appreciate a taste of Maryland for the holidays. The process is pretty smooth actually, the restaurant sends them uncooked overnight via Fed Ex, you just have to make sure someone will be there on the other end to receive them. Playing Santa is definitely one of my favorite things about this time of year. (image source)
