This was part of our anniversary celebration, after I suffered through the Crystal City Twilighter 5k. The cupcakes were just divine. Ganache is one of my next baking goals.
Unfortunately there is some red eye stuff in this photo but it's an adorable one of Dublin doing what she does best, begging for belly rubs.
I had three burners going at once, something that hasn't happened for a while. This was my chicken/asparagus/pasta in red chili dinner from last week.
This was the finished product with a dash of feta cheese on top. It was really good!
