Our condo has been through some on-going decorating and redecorating in the short time we've lived there. I wanted to mention one of my favorite artists that I discovered on the Etsy website. For those not in the know, Etsy is a collaborative of people who create handmade goods, art and sell vintage items. It's almost overwhelming and not short of amazing and I know Jake regrets the day I found out about it. My absolute favorite shop on Etsy is ArtShark Designs. Megan creates these wonderfully fun prints of a couple with red umbrellas in a variety of locations. I've purchased one of every place she's created that Jake and I have visited together. My collection consists currently of Baltimore, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Venice, Dublin, Alexandria VA and two different versions of DC. I also bought the Baltimore print for my parents and some fun note cards. Meghan works locally in Virginia and some area shops do carry her work, although I always order online and they arrive very quickly at my door.
